Get back to your work without starting over
After a break, or when you press ⌥⌘R, the Recall Mac app shows where you left off and exactly what reopens. One click brings it back.

Your note first, then what reopens
Before you switch away, press ⌥⌘B and type where you stopped. After a break, Smart Return shows that line first and lists what one click brings back, and nothing opens until you click. A browser returns the tab you were on. Slack and many other apps open, and you pick the channel or file.
What is on your screen stays on your Mac
Recall Core, our own model, runs on your Mac. It reads the screen about every 15 seconds and discards the image, and it uses no microphone, camera, keystrokes or clipboard. Usage analytics and crash reports are on by default, never carry anything from your screen, and one switch turns them off. Diagnostics sharing is off by default.
Your first return comes tomorrow
Within the hour you see your first threads: related tabs, files and chats grouped under one name. Tonight your whole day is on the Today page. Smart Return comes tomorrow, after a break. It needs macOS 14 or later on Apple silicon (M1 or newer) and Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions, and setup asks before downloading Recall Core, about 1.9 GB.
