# Recall Community > Source: https://www.joinrecall.com/community > The two rooms where Recall gets shaped: the public subreddit and the smaller Telegram power-user group. Recall is built in the open, in two rooms. The subreddit is public, so anyone can read and search it. The Telegram group is smaller, and the people in it see builds before they ship. Platform: macOS 14 or later on Apple silicon (M1 or newer). Windows is in active development. ## Power-user group on Telegram A smaller group we build with directly. Tell us what broke, what you wish it did, and what you want to try first. The group is organized around these topics: - General - Context switching cases - Feedback and ideas - Bugs and rough edges - Focus, ADHD and work patterns - New builds and experiments Join the group: https://t.me/+MihInvJ2p_NjOTEy ## r/joinrecall on Reddit The open room. Ask questions, report bugs, request features, and read how other people got their focus back. Nothing behind a login. Open the subreddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/joinrecall/ ## What happens after you post Small team, no support queue theatre. Messages go to the people writing the code. **Rough edges get read the same day.** Post what broke and what you were doing when it happened. Most reports are reproduced and queued before the thread goes quiet, and the fixes show up in What's new, on the site and inside the app after each update. **Requests turn into roadmap items.** A good share of the public roadmap started as a message in one of these rooms. Statuses move when the work moves, so you can watch yours travel instead of wondering. **Builds land in Telegram first.** The power-user group sees experiments while they are still rough, votes on which of two directions to take, and gets the reasoning behind the calls we make. ## Or talk to us inside Recall Choose Send Feedback… from the ⋯ menu in Recall's menu bar tray (or in Settings, under About). Report a problem or suggest a feature, and our reply comes back under Conversations, with a notification and a dot on the tray. You write back from the same window. - **Write it in your own words** (Report a problem, Suggest a feature). Say what happened or what you want. Before a report goes out, you see what it carries and can untick screenshots and activity data. - **The answer comes back to you** (Conversations). When we reply, you get a notification and a dot on the tray. The answer waits under Conversations, and you write back from the same window. Prefer email? Write to hello@joinrecall.com, and the same people answer. How feedback works, in the user guide: https://www.joinrecall.com/docs/feedback ## Before you post Install Recall, use it on a real week of work, then tell the room where it held and where it slipped. Every account starts with a 30-day free trial on a Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or newer) and macOS 14 or later, and early-user pricing is locked in. ## Links - Community page: https://www.joinrecall.com/community - Telegram power-user group: https://t.me/+MihInvJ2p_NjOTEy - Subreddit r/joinrecall: https://www.reddit.com/r/joinrecall/ - Public roadmap: https://www.joinrecall.com/roadmap - What's new: https://www.joinrecall.com/whats-new - Feedback, in the user guide: https://www.joinrecall.com/docs/feedback - Pricing: https://www.joinrecall.com/pricing - Site overview for AI agents: https://www.joinrecall.com/llms.txt
